A three-week-old toddler is dropped at the physician by his mother due to a 1-week history of more and more frequent vomiting. She says that initially he vomited sometimes, however now he vomits after each feeding. A 1 � 2-cm, agency, cell, olive-shaped mass is palpated instantly to the left of the epigastrium. A 15-12 months-old woman is dropped at the physician by her mother due to a 1-12 months history of month-to-month cramps that start 2 days earlier than menses and last three days. She is unable to follow together with her volleyball team due to the ache and sometimes misses 2 days of college month-to-month. A 5-12 months-old woman is dropped at the physician by her mother and father for evaluation of recurrent injuries. Her mother and father say that she started strolling on the age of 14 months and since then has always seemed clumsier and had extra injuries than different children. She has had more and more frequent ache with exertion since starting a soccer program three months ago.
